2. Booking and Guest Information
The Guest must provide accurate and complete information while making a booking, including name, mobile number, email address, number of guests, check-in date, and check-out date. Providing false, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in cancellation of the booking. A booking may only be used by the Guest(s) named in the booking unless the hotel provides prior approval. Unauthorized transfer or resale of a booking is prohibited.
3. Identification and ID Verification
All Guests may be required to present a valid government-issued original identification document at check-in, as required by applicable law and hotel policy. Acceptable identification may include Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving Licence, or other legally accepted identification documents. PAN Card shall not be treated as a residential/address proof or government identification document where such use is not legally permitted. The name, photograph, and relevant details on the identification document must be clear and verifiable. Fake, forged, altered, or another person's identification document must not be used. The hotel may verify and record identification details in accordance with applicable law.
4. Maximum Occupancy and Extra Bed
Each room shall have a maximum occupancy determined by the hotel. Example: 2 Adults / 1 Child. Accommodation of additional Guests beyond the permitted occupancy requires prior approval from the hotel. Extra Bed/Mattress shall be provided subject to room space and availability. Applicable Extra Bed/Extra Guest charges shall be payable by the Guest.
5. Children and Minors
Guests below 18 years of age shall not be permitted to occupy a room without the physical presence or appropriate authorization of a parent or legal guardian, subject to applicable law. The hotel may require proof of age for children or minors. Child occupancy, age limits, and additional charges may vary according to hotel policy.
6. Couples Policy
Accommodation of unmarried couples shall be subject to applicable law and the individual hotel's policy. The hotel may refuse check-in if the required identification or other legally required documentation is not provided. The platform does not override the individual hotel's lawful check-in policy.
